The staff were amazingly friendly and hospitable, and greeted me warmly whenever I came in. The location was quiet and close to food options. The lobby and breakfast were good and not crowded, and waffles were a nice choice. My room was very clean, though a bit worn and rough around the repairs. The bed was harder than I expected, since I chose Fairfield because their beds are usually plusher. The price was great, and the stay was good, so all in all it was worth it with no complaints.

Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold options, and the staff kept everything stocked. The room was quiet, the bed was great, and the housekeeper did a really good job cleaning. Check-in was quick and the staff were great.

We came back for a second stay, mainly because Zenna at the front desk is so welcoming and kind. She makes us feel like we’re her only guests. The rooms are clean and nice, and our boys really enjoy the pool. There’s also a good workout area.

The front desk service was rude, and breakfast was really poor. The rooms were cramped and smelled bad, and some of the heating and air conditioning units didn’t work right. Most TV channels were out, and the pool water was nasty and had far too many chemicals.

When my young adult son was stranded after a severe airport delay, Daria and the overnight shuttle driver made sure he got picked up safely and settled into his room for some much-needed sleep. I’m grateful to the overnight staff for looking after customers at that hour.
