They handled our unusual booking for 19 people really well. Before we arrived, the hotel got in touch to understand what we needed and offered options beyond the rooms to fit our schedule. They also helped sort out problems, big and small. Not everything went perfectly, but the issues were minor and they took each concern seriously. A little communication goes a long way here. Talk to them kindly and you’ll be impressed by how much effort they put in.

The rooms feel dated, with old carpet and drapes, and other local hotels have newer facilities and breakfast for a similar price. The lobby looks nice, though. Getting here was confusing. There are two Courtyards in OKC, one on Hiline and one on Highland. If you use Google Maps voice directions, be sure it picks Hiline. I drove miles out of my way late at night and ended up at the wrong one. This hotel is hard to spot too, with no sign by the main entrance, just a Bistro sign.

Ms. JESSICA SULEIMAN made checkout such a breeze. She picked up things I dropped and helped me get my grandkids out the door. She was so friendly and gracious, and you can tell she enjoys her job. I’d give her 10 stars if I could! We stayed at the Springhill Suites at OKC OK Airport on Oct. 10, 2025. The room was clean and very nice, and the pool and room were both warm. There were plenty of clean towels at the pool. Breakfast had a nice range of hot items, fruit, cereal, and bread. It was a very pleasant stay, especially for a family with kids. I plan to come back.

The manager told us we’d still be charged for the room and didn’t offer to check it or move us. It felt like they already knew how bad it was. This place doesn’t deserve the Marriott name. We were in Oklahoma for work, and all six of us agreed we didn’t want to stay here. The outside looked dingy, the area wasn’t great, and the hotel smelled like cat pee. The carpet was filthy, the room stank, and the beds and TV were old. The Bistro was closed because there was no staff. Overall, gross.
