The housekeeping women keep the floors clean through the week, and Shane and management do their best with the crew they have. I’ve called this place home on and off the road for five years. Sure, it’s in the city and there’s noise, but that’s part of it. Nothing’s perfect, and they try their best and work with people when things get hard. That’s all I can ask for. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve tried several hotels around this part of town, and this one is the best by far. The price is very reasonable, whether you need a weekend bed or somewhere to call home. We’ve been here eight months and haven’t seen a single bug. If the elevator goes out, it’s fixed the same day, usually within a couple of hours. You can take bedding and towels to the desk to get them changed, and housekeeping does a great job. They’ll also lend you a mop if you need to clean your floors more often than once every two weeks. Shane, Noah, Sharon, and the rest of the staff have always been professional and never rude to us. Those one-star reviews are full of crap. I 1,000% recommend staying here.

We’ve been staying here for four months while our house is being built. I’m from Las Vegas, but I’ve never had customer service there like we’ve had at this hotel. Everyone, from housekeeping and the front desk to Mark in maintenance, is pleasant, polite, and personable. When something came up, they handled it right away. A light was going out in our room, and they replaced it within the hour, the same day. This crew has something special and could teach Vegas a thing or two. Thanks for the stay.

I’ve lived here about a month without any problems. It’s clean and spacious, and the staff are kind and ready to help. I’d recommend it if you need a temporary place to stay.
