Hampton Inn & Suites Oklahoma City Airport

The river view and nearby walking path were a nice touch, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable despite looking dated. Service was great, though breakfast was a bit lacking. The fitness room has smelled damp and shown rust on the equipment for months, and the pool was closed. I hear the hotel is starting a refresh, but the gym matters a lot to me when I travel, so I won't return until that's fixed.

We paid $134 a night and ended up sleeping in our car. The pool was out of order, the sheets had old candy stuck to them and in the bed, and I found a little six-legged bed bug. There were blood spots and shoe marks on the walls, broken tiles, what I hope was coffee splashed on the bathroom walls, and mildew smell everywhere. The main door had been badly repaired, the bathroom door was damaged, the upholstered furniture had sweat stains, and the wood furniture was broken with jagged edges and nails. The microwave was broken too. Don't stay here or at any Hilton property in OKC!

Regina's breakfast and hands-on service were phenomenal. The beds were comfortable and the pillows fantastic. The staff were personable, respectful, and helpful, and management listens, accommodates, and is always eager to assist. The rooms are dated, but they're about to be renovated.

I almost checked out right away, and only stayed because of the free EV charging in the parking lot. The shower drained so slowly that water came halfway up my ankles, the sink faucet leaked even when shut tight, and someone else's hair was stuck on the wall. Furniture throughout the room looked worn. The ragged old couch in the photos should have been a warning about how little attention management gives to guest satisfaction. At check-in, the front desk person kept looking at her phone until we said hello. I'd look elsewhere if you're passing through.
