Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City North Quail Springs

I stayed here November 3rd 2025 and found moving insects in the bathroom, along with what looked like mold on the grout line of the bathroom floor. I took photos and a video of the creature crawling along the floor and showed them to the very nice front desk employee. The manager apparently wasn’t available when I asked to see them, but I was told they’d contact me. I heard nothing, so I wrote to the manager and still got no reply. That lack of concern really surprised me as a Diamond member who has stayed at many Hilton properties. At minimum, they could have let me switch rooms. I was too grossed out to shower.

The rooms are dated, the bed was uncomfortable, and my room was 55 degrees when I walked in. There was no food or bar service. I was already checked in and stopped at the front desk for a hard key in case my digital key didn’t work, as I always do. I asked the night clerk for late checkout and was told it wasn’t possible. I’ve been a Diamond member for years, stayed 292 night at Hilton properties this year, and never had trouble getting a late checkout before. I had to call corporate to get one. I’ll be coming back to OKC every few months for the next 2 years, but won’t stay here again. I’ll tell everyone I know to steer clear too.

Every night there’s a cricket apocalypse at the front entrance, with 100’s of them, and several get inside. It’s so gross. The hotel needs to EXTERMINATE!!!! The interior needs to be gutted and redecorated too. The carpet is stained and nasty, and I could go on. Even the basic things employees can control are substandard. We didn’t get room cleaning service during our stay, and the in-shower conditioner bottle was empty. DO BETTER HILTON!

The bar’s food is great for a quick bite, especially the local favorites, and they can make special meals to your liking. It’s a quiet spot, so not many people seem to know about the restaurant inside the hotel, but I highly suggest giving it a try, whether you’re local or traveling. The drinks are good and reasonably priced too. Enjoying.
