The beds were rough, hard and high off the floor, and the hot tub, or “spa” as they call it, wasn’t working. The gym was just okay, with a bucket catching a ceiling leak that kept us from using all the equipment. Breakfast was fine, nothing bad about it. We stayed a week and had to change rooms twice. The first had a strong, strange smell, so we moved. In the second, the toilet didn’t work. There was no 24/7 maintenance, so they couldn’t repair it and moved us again. The third room was finally sufficient. The stay was okay, but a pretty meh experience. The place has potential, though I wouldn’t choose this location or recommend it.

The bathroom lighting was poor, and there were no full-length mirrors. Since people often stay here for easy downtown nightlife access, those things matter. I’ve stayed at three other hotels right by Mainstays, and they were all nicer and better maintained. This was decent, but I was disappointed, especially with so many nearby options. I won’t return. Just stick to Candlewood.

Maria Rios, Mrs Geno, and the front desk team keep the rooms neat and clean. Special mention to my favorites Marias, Guadalupe and Del Carmen 🥰. The hotel is in a complex with three others, including Sleep Inn, Country Inn by Radisson, and Candlewood Inn. Downtown Oklahoma and the local attractions are within walking distance, and they offer a shuttle for guests. In summer, it’s a great family weekend getaway at a fraction of what nearby places charge. I’d recommend it to anyone. Great job, ladies! 💯 %

Maria Sanchez welcomed us as soon as we walked in and answered our questions about the stay and things to do around OKC. She made us feel at home. The hotel and our room were spotless, with the room well stocked with the hygiene products they provide. The service was excellent, and I’ll recommend it to family and friends and stay here again.

The free shuttle to the NBA game was a great perk and made the trip to and from the arena easy. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a great stay, everything exceeded expectations, and we’d definitely come back and recommend the hotel.
