Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional without hovering. My room was quiet, clean, and laid out with enough space to relax, not just pass time between meetings or travel. The bed was comfortable, everything worked as it should, and the room felt well maintained. I had a great stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Oklahoma City. Comfortable and dependable, with no surprises. I'd stay again.

Mr.Taysir made a great first impression. The receptionist greeted me with a genuine smile, took time to answer every question, and made check-in feel easy. They were patient and welcoming throughout, and I felt comfortable and looked after as soon as I arrived. I couldn't have asked for a better welcome, and highly recommend the hospitality.

I spent a few weeks here while my home was being renovated. It's a central, quiet little place, and I felt safe. Breakfast could use more variety. There was a lot of pork and no gluten-free choices. I'd highly recommend this location.

Omar greeted us at night and was attentive and helpful. This was a last-minute trip, and we'd forgotten just about everything: toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, razors, and more. Taysir assured me the hotel could provide those items for free, so we weren't left without them. Both Omar and Taysir knew the hotel well and were extremely helpful. Customer service was 100 out of 10. Thanks so much, we'll definitely stay again.

The TV wouldn't stream Netflix with ads, and the grill was so burned out it wouldn't even light, though there were charcoal briquettes underneath. I also couldn't get back through the door. A guy opened it for me, looking sheepish, but didn't ask anything or explain how to use the grill. Probably won't come back.
