Studio 6-Oklahoma City, OK - Airport

I was left in a nearly empty parking lot outside a locked, shut-down hotel. I could see the OYO townhouse half a mile away, but customer service said there was nothing nearby and refused to move my reservation there or help me. They sent my refund request to a department for review. I’ve since received an email saying I won’t get a refund. Do not book with OYO anything. They’re absolutely horrible.

It’s been over two months since I requested a refund, and they still haven’t returned my money. All I get is that they’re sorry, working on it, and need more time. Keeping customers’ hard-earned money without refunding them is unprofessional. Worst business ever.

Dead roaches were all over the room, and live ones were crawling up the walls. The phone was smashed, the shower needed pliers to turn on, and the place smelled like cat pee. The front desk refused a refund because they said 30 minutes had passed, although it had been 10 at most. They moved me to another room, where the floor was covered in powder with a really strong smell. I think it was pesticide, and I had to breathe it while keeping my dog away from it. Now they say they can’t switch me again or refund me.

For an affordable stay, Studio 6 Motel did what I needed. The room was clean, had the basic amenities, and was comfortable enough. Check-in went smoothly, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. If you want a budget-friendly place with cleanliness and convenience, it’s worth considering.
