The woman behind the glass was rude, and when I complained she looked at me like she had no idea what I meant. There were people lying in the hallways, and the pillows were awful, like flat pancakes. The room itself was disgusting: no blankets on the bed, despite being told they don’t have blankets or comforters, and a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke so badly my clothes still smelled when I got home. The bathtub had cigarette burns, the ceiling had holes, and there was no tub stopper. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give.

There was toilet paper in the toilet, urine on its rim, and the bathtub was horrific. The motel needs serious repairs. I took pictures, but the review server won’t let me upload them. If these comments are acknowledged, I have the photos. I booked through the Motel 6 App and the confirmation email listed my price without mentioning a pet fee. At check-in, I was told my pet would cost another $10. After the stay, the owner asked me to call customer service and file a report. I did, but the person I reached wasn’t very helpful. This was my last stay at one of your properties.

We had to clean the room ourselves, and when we were moved to another one, they acted like that settled things. I asked for a discount after all the problems, but they said moving us was enough. The room was filthy beyond the bed bugs, with nastiness everywhere. I have 42 photos and a video. I won’t spend another dime with this chain. Stay somewhere else unless you’re fine cleaning your own room and sharing a bed with bed bugs. On the first night my arm and neck started burning. I went to the sink for the light and saw a bed bug on my arm. I was bitten five times, once on my neck and four times on my arm. The beds had been standing on their sides when they showed us the room. The person at the counter said they were replacing the bed frames. After I was bitten, another person told me the room had just been sprayed for a bed bug infestation and wasn’t supposed to be rented. They said that was why the beds were on their sides. I believe the first person knew it was infested and rented it anyway. They moved us to a different room. My neck and arm are still red and burning, four days later.

The staff were accommodating and helpful, and the stay was good overall. We rented two rooms, but each had at least one light that didn’t work. Neither bathtub had a plug, so we used washcloths to stop the water. Both tubs had jacuzzi jets, though only one room’s jets worked. The hotel needs repairs and updates.
