The shower was a bright spot: good pressure and it heated up quickly. The bed was comfortable, the linens looked clean, checkout was easy, and we slept pretty well. It was quiet aside from the occasional train. Still, I probably wouldn't stay here again. We were given just one set of towels for three people and there wasn't a trash can. The room smelled strongly of smoke, so we bought candles. The Roku remote had no batteries; we replaced them, but it still didn't work. We also couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, so the TV was unusable and we watched movies on our phones. There were lots of riff raff around, and the place felt sketchy. We also hadn't expected a $40 deposit when we arrived. It was close to Okana, the main reason for our trip.

The shower was good, but the room was so nasty that we left without staying the night and drove the three hours home. We checked in around 3:30 pm to find the bed unmade and the room unclean. They had to call someone from the bingo hall next door to make the bed. There were no towels or trash can, and a red stain on the comforter. It's the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

I've been here almost two months while I wait for my apartment to be ready, and I have nothing but good things to say. The people are the best part. Katrice at the front desk is my favorite. She's a doll, always smiling and saying something kind to everyone who passes. The front desk women, cleaning staff, and laundry ladies are kind, friendly, and get to know you. They make you feel looked after and safe. When you tell any of them about a problem, they listen and help. They care about the cleanliness of the place and what's going on. My work schedule is crazy, so I leave very early while it's still dark, and there are always staff patrolling and keeping an eye on safety. I haven't dealt with the maintenance men as much as the ladies, but the few times I have, they've been great. I know some people say it's not very nice, but it's by far the cheapest place I could find, and for the price, it's very nice, lol. I'd genuinely recommend staying here.

We decided to get a refund and leave after the second room was also dirty. It had ash smeared across the blanket, a disgustingly stained pillowcase, an unwashed rag, dust caked on the headboard, only half a roll of toilet paper, and a filthy fridge. In the first room, the bed wasn't made, so we hadn't looked around much before asking for another. At the front desk, the woman had an attitude, checked the room, and said she found nothing wrong and couldn't please us. The service was a joke from the start: she finished a cigarette outside while we waited at the desk for about five minutes. There was also an 80-pound dog wandering inside in the corridor by the rooms, even though the front desk says no pets.

The rooms have mini fridges and microwaves, and they've been redone with nice floors, decor, bathrooms, and sinks. I felt safe, with security and a gate around the property. At $222 a week, I expected it to be terrible, so the renovations surprised me. The big problem was that we were locked out of the Inn safe after putting our belongings inside. We asked several motel workers for help, but they refused and told us to hire a locksmith ourselves. There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the check-in and common area, and breakfast isn't free. I'd give Super Inn four stars.
