The hotel is right off the freeway, and there’s a nice outdoor spot for dogs. Our room looked clean apart from a few hairs in the shower, and the bed was comfortable. But after 12 hours of driving, we were hoping for a solid night’s sleep. We were on the second floor, and shortly after midnight a very loud fan noise started up in the ceiling cooling unit near the door. It kept starting and stopping all night and sounded like a mechanical problem. My husband pushed up on it and recorded the noise. We mentioned it to the front desk man at checkout the next morning, and all he said was “ok.” No apology. We were too exhausted to ask about changing rooms. Breakfast isn’t included in the room rate.

The breakfast team was amazing, friendly, and the manager listened to my one complaint. The whole hotel felt clean and welcoming, and the staff were great overall. We stayed a week and had a good time. The only low point was the evening bartender. He seemed like we were interrupting him, forgot what we’d just ordered, and didn’t talk to anyone. I hope everything is all right in his life, since you never know. We’re used to bar staff at other places making us feel welcome enough to stay for drinks and dinner instead of heading into town.

I booked through the app for my wife and daughter on Saturday night, Feb. 21st/2026. When they arrived, they found a bed bug on top of the bedspread and quietly told the front desk. I know a previous guest could bring something like that into a hotel, but my wife was traumatized and asked for a refund before leaving. She was told the manager would be informed. I contacted Hilton, and they said they’d reach out to the hotel about a refund. Two days later there was still no refund, so I called Hilton again. They said the manager, whom we never saw or heard from, had denied it. Hilton gave me a voucher, which I appreciate. My family and I usually have good stays at Hilton properties, and I usually give positive reviews. I can’t say the same for this one. It doesn’t meet Hilton’s standards, and I’d avoid this location.

The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were nice, though the furniture could use an update. The A/C in our assigned room didn’t work, so we had to move to the second floor. The hotel looks nice outside and in the entry, but there’s no complimentary breakfast and you pay for every little thing. The location is horrible. There are homeless people all over, including walking through the parking lot at night. Stay at your own risk.
