The free shuttle was the one good thing here. The rooms and hallway floors were filthy, and the couch in our room was so gross I wouldn’t touch it. I used half a bottle of cologne just to make the air bearable. The owners need to do some very deep cleaning. Bathroom fixtures were coming off the wall, and the bath towels were tiny, thin, and rough as sandpaper, not enough to dry even a little kid. I couldn’t wait to get home and wash off after this nasty stay. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks somewhere else.

The place felt like a badly maintained apartment complex, and there were hidden fees at check-in and checkout. In my opinion it was the worst stay. A lot of things in the room were broken, and the fridge, microwave, and TV were all plugged into a power strip, which seemed like a fire hazard. There were cockroaches too. Staff had trouble speaking English, so we often got confused. The breakfast was gross, and on our first day there wasn’t any during breakfast hours. We waited over an hour for it to be served. It was the same breakfast all four days. The sauna and hot tub were broken, and the pool was gross with things floating in it. They didn’t provide toilet paper, towels, or other bathroom supplies, so I had to keep going down to ask. The towels felt like rags and the toiletries were tiny bottles. To the manager: I didn’t use this account to book, but I definitely stayed at this hotel. Please don’t avoid responsibility for its poor upkeep by claiming I stayed somewhere else. I wouldn’t post a false review.

The pool was unusable, with cloudy water and so much chlorine that swimming didn’t feel safe. We also had to listen for over an hour as the front desk clerk and someone who seemed to be the manager yelled at guests in the next hallway. It was disruptive and unprofessional. At check-in I learned they don’t honor a military discount. I accepted that, though it was disappointing, but the rest of the stay got worse. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and mildew, and the shower head looked moldy. There was only about 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no backup, one towel, and no washcloths. The water was cold when we tried to shower. When I called for more toilet paper and towels, the front desk said they don’t bring items to rooms and I’d have to pick them up myself. I also found multiple extra charges on my card that I hadn’t approved. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The front desk person was so sweet and welcoming, and the manager was accommodating and took care of all our requests. We had a very pleasant stay. Worth the price, and we’ll definitely come back! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
