My companion and I had a great stay, and we'd happily come back and recommend it. Everything in the room was spotless and neatly arranged. It felt premium and well looked after, with comfortable rooms, a luxurious feel, and soft beds and pillows that made it easy to relax after a long day. This is easily one of the best places I've stayed.

We stopped here around 12:30 a.m. on our way home from holiday visits, without a reservation, and check-in was easy. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was very good for the price. It feels rare to have such a fully positive hotel stay these days. I'm grateful for the good night's rest.

Fresh coffee is available in the lobby 24/7, and there are lots of other food and dining choices just minutes away. I haven't tried the complimentary breakfast and don't expect much from it. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that's no big deal to me. The front desk is excellent, and the place is cozy and very clean, the cleanest I've stayed at in the Kansas City metro. With one of the lowest prices around, it's great value in my opinion. So far, I'm very pleased.

We stay here regularly when we're away from home. I recommend it for both the rooms and the service. Charlie at the front counter is the BEST: so polite and sweet, and she remembers people's faces and names. Really personable!

The beds were so comfortable, and breakfast was really good. Charli and the rest of the staff were awesome, friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond. All of that came at a great price.
