The owner was exceptionally kind on checkout day and let us leave our car at the hotel so we could spend a few more hours at the beach. We could even use the pool bathroom before leaving, a small kindness that made a big difference. The beach amenities were more than we expected: chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys for kids. The location is fantastic, steps from the beach and a short walk to the pier and local attractions. My husband and I had an unforgettable stay at Atlantic Ocean Suites. The place was spotless, with modern decor and thoughtful amenities. If you're visiting Old Orchard Beach, this hidden gem is worth a stay!

We've stayed here for the last 10 years, and now I know where we'll stay every time we visit OOB. Unfortunately, a family emergency meant we had to cancel our vacation. We emailed Sunday night, and first thing Monday morning a very nice, understanding woman got back to us and said refunding our deposit wouldn't be a problem. It's a great place with people who really care about their customers. I recommend Atlantic Ocean suite 10/10 times. Thanks for understanding. Have a great summer.

My family has spent the 4th of July at this hotel for many years. A few days before we were due to leave this year, a family emergency came up. I emailed the office to explain, and heard back the next morning. The lovely woman on the phone was sympathetic and offered to refund our deposit. We're grateful they care about their guests and families. We'll never stay anywhere else in OOB!

Our family of seven spent six days at Atlantic Ocean Suites in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, and had a wonderful vacation. The spacious suite was clean and had a full kitchen, which was great for our family. We walked to the pier every day, and the beach was extremely close. The kids also loved the indoor pool, a great option if the weather doesn't cooperate. They provided beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and towels, so we didn't have to bring our own. The owner really cares about her guests and making sure they have a lovely stay. Highly recommend this gem!

Our three-day stay at Atlantic Ocean Suites was our favorite end-of-school-year getaway yet. My daughter, my two teenage grandchildren, and I felt comfortable throughout, and we really enjoyed the area. When we arrived, we were welcomed at the office like family and offered coffee or tea. They also helped us set up electronic keys on our phone. The unit surprised us with how spacious it was. The hotel supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, sand mats, towels, toys, and even a wagon to haul everything down to the beach. We could see the ocean from our entryway window, too. The owner personally thanked us for choosing her property. We're looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
