A lovely spot for photos or a slow wander in Omaha's old district. Historic brick buildings frame a tucked-away garden feel, with lots of greenery, warm string lights, and great textures. It gets popular for check-ins, but still feels calm and thoughtfully laid out. In the evening, the lights give it a cozy, slightly romantic feel.

I like coming back to Omaha's Old Market. Between the cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and one-of-a-kind local shops, it has a character that's hard to find elsewhere. There's plenty to do, from galleries and boutiques to restaurants, but I also enjoy just strolling and soaking up the relaxed, lively atmosphere for a few hours.

Lots to look at here, with a beautiful mix of eclectic shops. We were pleasantly surprised that both levels of the passageway had wheelchair access. We also loved the Farmer's Market. The roads are very bumpy, though, as you'd expect.
