Home2 Suites by Hilton Omaha West, NE

The front desk team was friendly and easy to talk to, and my family loved the warm pool. The room was very clean, and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in ages. The only rough spots were the rather flat pillows and a weed smell in the fourth-floor hallway near the elevators when I came back one evening. Still, we had a great stay and plan to return next time we're in Omaha.

We were there with our team for a volleyball tournament, and Titus and Rachel made the stay feel easy. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were some of the friendliest staff I've met. We had a few problems, but they made sure everything got sorted out. Check-in and checkout were smooth, too. They both deserve a raise.

Rachel on the morning crew was great. She offered a late checkout, which I didn't need, and mentioned that the sister hotel across the street has a bar and restaurant. I wish I'd known about it earlier, but she didn't know how long I was staying, and I appreciated her letting me know in case I came back. The hot tub was awesome, breakfast was good, and the room was nice, though it was listed as having a full kitchen and had no stove. The place was easy to find, and parking was fine, especially since it was free. Great hospitality. I'd stay again if I were in the area.

The location worked well for getting to local attractions and places to eat. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially racheal, who was warm and went out of her way to make sure everyone's needs were taken care of. I had an excellent stay.
