Aloft by Marriott Omaha Aksarben Village

Laura and Cortney at the front desk made me want to come back, even though we had a few room issues and I’m not a fan of the Aloft bathroom layout. They were short-staffed and working 24-hour shifts, but still treated guests like family. Laura even made us a breakfast burrito after breakfast had ended. I’ve never seen that kind of service at a hotel. Thanks to both of them for setting such a high bar.

For the price, I thought it was worth it and would probably stay again. The room was clean enough, though not perfect, and the bed was comfortable, which is what matters most to me. Getting around was easy from here. The front desk staff were polite and helped with a late check-in without hassle. I stayed a couple of nights on a quick trip. The hallway got noisy at night, probably because the walls are thin.

We’re on the road across the country a lot and always make a point of staying at this location. The staff are attentive, helpful, kind, and welcoming to us and our dog, and we feel safe here. Our rooms have always been clean, and we’ve never had any issues. Looking forward to coming back :)

The rooms run a bit small, and the work setup isn’t great, but you’re only a block from Aksarben Village. It’s pet friendly and has free parking onsite. I got a friendly hello as soon as I arrived. Loved the lobby, with its pool table, bar, comfortable places to sit, and great music.
