The views over Downtown Omaha were breathtaking, and our room was spotless and comfortable, with every small detail seeming carefully picked out. From the moment we pulled up, valet was there to take bags, open doors, and show real care. Checking in with Sam and Camille was just as good. They have a great vibe, are ready to help with anything, and make you feel like family whenever they see you. They're always eager to ask how your stay is going. I've never found another place with the same warmth and level of hospitality as The Farnam Hotel. Sam and Camille are one of a kind at providing top-tier service.

I travel about 45 weeks a year and have stayed at almost every hotel in downtown Omaha. The Farnam is in a class of its own. By my second visit, Sam and Scott at the front desk knew my name, and Derrick at valet is on the ball. Sara at the bar gives great suggestions and is a terrific bartender. I liked the neighborhood so much that I gradually spent more time at the hotel, then moved a block away. I even stayed there during two moving transitions. I still put up friends and family there a few times each year, and they're always impressed by the service, attention to detail, and vibe. The other so-called luxury hotels in Omaha could learn how it's done.

The Farnam Hotel is the first place I recommend to colleagues who travel to Omaha, and my sister and I will keep recommending it. We stayed Saturday, December 20, 2025, to Sunday, December 21, 2025, and have never experienced that level of warmth in Omaha or anywhere else. As busy working moms with young kids, our night away meant a lot. We got to enjoy Christmas together and wrap presents without little eyes around to spoil Santa's magic. Camilla at the front desk was warm, attentive, and caring both days. The valet team kindly and professionally handled all our packages, carrying everything to and from the room and cars. Everyone made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Their hospitality, compassion, and attention to every detail made the stay meaningful. It's the best hotel in Omaha. I felt compelled to leave this rave review. Thank you for such a special, memorable experience.

Camille's warmth and kindness made our stay even better, and she made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Everyone was friendly, from the doormen and front desk to the concierge and cleaning crew. We had an amazing stay at the Farnam and will definitely be back.
