Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha I-80 West

The deposit is now being withheld even though the room was in a condition that made the stay miserable. When I brought up the problems, the response felt dismissive. Breakfast was listed as included, but none was served, and housekeeping never came during my stay. The room also had a persistent bad smell and roaches were crawling around, including on the floor and by the bed. It was an ongoing infestation, not one isolated bug, and the room felt unsafe and unsanitary. I wouldn't expect anyone to put up with this or then have to fight to get a deposit back.

The rooms have decent space, but cleanliness was awful. There was a razor left in my room when I arrived, and the sink was clogged. The bathroom was in terrible shape too, with mold on the tubs that made it seem like they hadn't been cleaned. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

I didn't stay at all. The woman was kind enough to put us in a room right at the top of the stairs since I had a stroller and there were no elevators, but as soon as we walked in, a roach was crawling over the dresser. I saw another bug in the bathroom. I went back to ask for a refund, and she offered to move us to another room. I had booked through Expedia and did get a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I found someone else's eyelashes stuck to the bathroom wall. Ew. There were bugs in the room too, and even though they tried to clean, the place is just gross and needs to be torn down and rebuilt. They said breakfast was included but didn't put any out. No good, wouldn't recommend it.
