The room was awful. It smelled horrible, there was food on the floor, holes in the carpet, paint on the sink, and cracks where the wall met the tub that looked painted over. It didn’t feel clean or safe. We were there for about 45 minutes before deciding to leave. What worried me most was the environment outside. Several men were hanging around and kept trying to talk directly to my children instead of to the adults. One man watched us getting on and off the elevator and going into our rooms. It did not feel family friendly at all. At check-in, they asked for ID for every person and told us guests had to take out their own trash. The booking said breakfast was included, but then we were told it meant only coffee, tea, and a muffin. At checkout, we were told to call Monday about a refund. After several calls, they hung up on us, and then stopped answering. I want other families to know. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families.

We arrived on Dec 31 2025 with a prepaid Priceline reservation. I’d apparently entered 3 adults instead of 2 adults and 1 child by mistake. The front desk refused to correct it and wouldn’t let us check in without IDs for three adults. The attendant said their system wouldn’t allow the change. Zero stars for that system. It was the afternoon of New Year’s Eve, and we were suddenly being kept out of the hotel we’d booked. The attendant said we had to fix the reservation with Priceline. We called, but their late afternoon holiday support was a robot. Priceline’s bot told us to change the adult and child count with the hotel management. I showed that to the Extended Stay lady, but she still couldn’t help. We had to cancel the Priceline reservation, which we did, and decided to take our chances somewhere else rather than book there again. They left us scrambling for a place to stay on New Year’s Eve with a child over something other hotels handle easily. We had an appointment that used up our comfort margin. It was a simple situation handled rigidly and without help. I don’t like leaving negative reviews and waited days to cool off, but their lack of care needs to be shared. Zero stars for caring about customers.

If you’re traveling with children or only have a passport for ID, don’t stay here. They demand ID for every guest and only accept it if their scanner happens to work. We were there for one night, and they refused to accept our passports, even though they’re valid ID. They wouldn’t just enter the information manually, as other places would. The front desk was rude, and customer service couldn’t be reached for help. Stay far away.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Staff wouldn’t help make sure reservations were honored or make any effort to assist travelers. When I asked why they weren’t helping, they pointed to arbitrary policies. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that would be inconvenient. Zero stars.
