I've been coming here for several years and find the staff very understanding whenever I've had an issue. It's mainly a business hotel for fiber/comms workers, but you can live here, not just stay. I always book the 1 bedroom with separate living room, full sized fridge/freezer, cooktop, microwave, and dishes. Everything you could need is across the street, including target, bakers/Kroger, and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast runs until 1030 on weekends, and the patio is super nice.

The pool and gym were very clean, and so was our room. Breakfast was amazing too. Our family of 5 had a great stay, with friendly staff and an extremely fast check-in, which was appreciated after a long day of softball when it was already late. The front desk worker told us she'd upgraded our room free of charge. It ended up double in size and really exceeded our expectations. A great surprise! I truly can't recommend this hotel enough.

We ended up here by accident after the hotel we'd booked oversold and sent us over. The lobby was full of walk-ins from there, but the check-in lady was super nice, even though she had every reason to be overwhelmed. She worked with us on the rate since the other hotel was cheaper and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. None of it was Staybridge's responsibility or fault, which made that extra effort feel top notch. Then we got to our room and wow, it was impressive: clean, comfortable, spacious, almost like a small apartment. Fantastic stay, thank you!

An unexpected logistics problem came up during my stay involving an Amazon shipment and a UPS. Tasha Kelly went far beyond what was needed to sort it out, personally handling shipping details and making sure everything was dealt with quickly and transparently. She was responsive, honest, and truly willing to help, which made a stressful situation feel easy. That kind of personal care and professionalism is rare, and it left a lasting positive impression.
