Sarah C. made the tour a pleasure. Even though I hadn't booked an appointment, she took the time to show me the whole place, listened carefully, and gave thoughtful answers to my questions and comments. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and valued through her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She also gave me copies of the apartment floor plans and pricing, which have made my apartment search much easier to organize. After this visit, the community is a top contender for my significant other and me.

I would think twice before leasing here, and make sure the unit you see is the one you'll actually rent. My daughters lived in these apartments for a few years and moved out recently. At least in my daughter's building, the rents were far too high for the condition. The property, buildings, and parking lot were run down and needed repairs. Decks were crumbling, and the lot and sidewalks were dangerously uneven. Plumbing in the building was atrocious, and the owners refused to make a permanent fix. Roto Rooter came monthly to snake the main line, and there were several stretches of more than 8 hours without water. Plumbing also left them without use of a washer for almost 2 weeks. Their dryer had to be replaced once and repaired once after that. The appliances were from the 90's: the microwave sticker said manufactured July 1998, and the refrigerator and dishwasher were just as old or older. The maintenance team is excellent when it actually receives work orders, and the office team is friendly, but communication between tenants submitting requests and maintenance getting them is definitely broken.

The only time this place seemed nice and cared about residents was when Shay was here. EVERYONE SAYS IT AND MISSES HER. She was the only one who truly gave a shit about residents. Do better. I can't recommend moving here less. The company seems to care about its own money and puts residents' needs on the back burner, while doing nothing to improve conditions. We've had multiple roof and window leaks from snow and rain. At one point it took 8 months to see a fix, and our carpet stayed soaked for 2 months. Numerous other issues weren't assessed for months, and every time we're given the run around, told when vendors will come, and then left waiting months for repairs that don't happen. The back area along the neighborhood is a swamp and completely neglected. One building has signs about dog poop but no dog stations, and the dumpsters are nowhere near us, so in winter and rainy months we're left with a pile on the patio. Meanwhile, they seem ready to screw residents over and ruin their lives. Here's an example. I used the DMV'S ONLINE PORTAL a week ago to buy my tags/plates after noticing they were expired, and we all know they take 5-7 business days to arrive. I came home at 4pm to a tow sticker saying I had 24 hours to update them, right when the DMV closes. The office closes too, so I planned to go at 8:30, or whenever they decide to show up, and show proof I'd bought the tags online the week before. Instead, a tow truck was taking the car at 7am, before either the DMV or office was open. The sticker gave 24 hours, but they towed it after 13 hours and left no time to talk to anyone. A police officer can see on his little computer that I bought my tags online before pulling me over, so why couldn't the leasing company check too? Funny how the 24-hour notice meant right now, while livability issues are allowed to continue for months. It feels like they want to run residents out of the complex and play police over things like this. The company is a joke and obviously going bankrupt. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

We broke our lease early when we were moving. Parking was okay, though it also sucked for sure. The office barely answered the phone, closed at weird times, and sometimes nobody was there during office hours. A woman in the office gave my husband a paper to sign saying the lease break would cost one extra month, not two. When he contacted the office and explained, the head manager sent it to collections anyway, even though we'd already signed the paper saying only one extra month was due. They also kept our whole deposit, which was our extra month, even though there was nothing beyond “normal living” things that needed fixing.
