DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport

The management team handled an unexpected group of protesters with impressive composure and efficiency. They kept people safe while minimizing disruption to guests and the event, which we greatly appreciated. We recently took part in an event at the DoubleTree Hotel, and things were well managed from beginning to end. The staff were friendly and professional, and made the vendors feel welcome and supported. Their organization and customer service under pressure make the DoubleTree a reliable event venue.

The pool area in the middle of the hotel is beautiful, and breakfast was great. The rooms are older and average. There's a laundry room you use through an app instead of coins. The area is decent, with restaurants nearby though not great ones. It's next to the convention center, so there's usually something happening, like graduation parties, weddings, or conventions.

The gym was really clean and had good equipment, and being beside the convention center didn't turn out to be noisy. The front desk kindly placed me far from any disturbances. I had great food at the restaurant, with excellent service and a presentation I liked. There's also a Starbucks and an evening club inside. Flowers around the grounds, especially by the pool, made for a nice walk. There's plenty of parking around the building. I don't drink, but whenever I passed the bar I could see a crowd enjoying themselves. I had a top-tier stay and will be back.

The servers were kind, professional, and attentive without getting in the way. When my daughter dropped her bacon, one of them replaced it right away. We attended the National Day of Prayer at the Double Tree in Ontario, in a large conference room with over 48 round tables, all set with flatware. The setup looked very nice and professional. The lighting and sound were good, and the carpet and bathroom were clean. A great experience overall.
