The shower was surprisingly great, and the room was clean enough with an okay bed. The rate was the best in town, which helped. Just don't expect much from the amenities: four outlets and two lamps didn't work, and the place is showing its age. The room did what I needed.

We only stayed because we'd been driving all day and needed a pet-friendly place for the night. At $85 on a weeknight, this felt like a joke. The room was filthy: after my son walked around without socks for a few minutes, his feet were covered in dirt and sludge, and mine were gross too. There were holes in the walls and stains everywhere. The sheets looked clean, at least. The fridge didn't work and the AC barely did. The front desk woman was friendly and the hotel was quiet, but that's about all I can say in its favor. This place needs a makeover.

Every time I stay, they check in to see if I'm okay or need anything. Evan and the young woman at the front desk are friendly and very professional, and Housekeeping Supervisor Ms. Kim Will make your day with her lovely smile.

I ended up checking out early. I sprayed for bugs, then another little roach crawled out from under the bed. There was also a dead bug on top of the headboard, thick spider webs where the walls meet the ceiling, grime built up on the microwave door, and a fridge that wouldn't get cold. Before I ran out of bug spray, I'd already killed about three small roaches and a big fly. I checked in around 8pm, but by 10pm I was sleeping in my car in a gas station parking lot. I thought two nights here might be okay, but nope. I didn't think moving rooms would solve anything since the whole motel seemed filthy. I should've read the reviews first. The front desk clerk and housekeeper were nice, at least.

I was tired and should probably have moved on, but I stayed and slept well. Being able to park right outside the room made getting in and out easy. The room itself was worn out, and the toilet rocked because it wasn't attached properly to the floor. There were punch holes in the bathroom door too. When I asked about a microwave, the desk clerk said one wasn't required, though he thought there might be one in my room, and there was. No coffee in the room, but I always bring my Keurig and pods. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were better quality. Going by my room, this place is a dump.
