The back door by the dumpsters was completely missing at one point, which left the building’s interior security compromised. Breakfast was awful: staff put out items from the day before, and both milk tanks had soured milk. Even the coffee containers were rarely full. It all felt like management was cutting corners. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I stayed twice and came away disappointed both times. Breakfast barely counted as breakfast, and the orange and cranberry juices were watered down. The front desk man was also cleaning rooms, doing laundry, handling breakfast, and covering the desk, which felt very unsanitary. My receipts ended up on someone else’s account, and I lost my Honors points. I’m upset about that and won’t stay here again. It didn’t feel professional. On our second visit, we saw only two cars, which I can understand.

At breakfast the next morning, we saw the same rotten bananas that had been there the night before. I asked the front desk for fresh ones, and he brought some, but stacked them on top of the bad bananas. The towels were filthy too. Out back, the first-floor door had been partly broken off, so they removed the whole door and left a wooded area exposed. That felt unsafe, since anything could get inside or under the doors and put guests’ health and safety at risk. Parking was a free-for-all, and someone nearly hit our car. We’re Diamond members and hoped Hilton Honors would mean a decent stay, especially with other hotels booked, but I was so disappointed. Don’t waste your time or money. Worst hotel ever.

The woman at the front desk was pleasant, but I wouldn’t stay here again. I expected more from a Hilton brand, especially for $145 a night. I checked in on 6/25, and room #116 smelled so bad I started getting a headache. The AC wasn’t working, so I asked to switch rooms. In #203, the AC was off and it felt like walking into a sauna. The room finally cooled down after an hour. Never again.
