Casa Blanca Hotel - Orange

Stay away. The first night of my three-day booking was disgusting: there were bugs in the tub, nothing had been wiped down, and the hot tub was filthy, with what looked like semen floating in the water. I called Expedia to cancel the rest of the stay. They spoke with the front desk, who said manager approval was needed and the manager wasn't there. It's been almost a week, and somehow the manager is still never there. I'll dispute the charge with my credit card company. Avoid this place at all costs.

The front desk staff, jelendar and harry, were the most accommodating and friendly people I've dealt with, and they made our stay comfortable and pleasant. This is one of the best motels I've stayed at in the city of Orange. I'd highly recommend trying it if you're looking for somewhere to stay. 11 stars out of 10, thanks for everything!

This place is a little gem on the side. The rooms are always clean, the staff are super cool, and they'll help with anything you need. The area and bathrooms are clean, and there's a microwave, iron, and ironing board. It's really nice for the price. The guys at the front desk are always friendly, ask how my day is going, and make sure I get the wifi password. Love this place. I keep coming back when I'm working in town. Thanks 🙏

The freeway noise came right through the supposedly soundproofed rooms, and I could hear the neighbors all night too. The websites also listed coffee makers, hair dryers, and other features that weren't there, along with a grab-and-go breakfast in the lobby that didn't exist. The pool was drained when we arrived, and the manager said it had been that way for about a year and a half. There are pool photos on all the booking sites, including their own. The pool being out of order is why I wouldn't give this a better review.
