WoodSpring Suites Orlando Airport

We got in very early, at 10am after our cruise, and the staff kindly held our luggage until check-in. That meant we could explore Orlando without worrying about our bags. The room was spacious for our family of four. The front desk was helpful with information about renting a car and getting a shuttle to the airport.

Jose is the host I usually see, and he remembers returning guests. His friendly smile and professional attitude feel like a breath of fresh air in a world where things move so fast. He brings back the kind of customer service where the guest comes first. The hotel is excellent too, with rooms that are always very clean and well maintained. Even the hall carpet isn't worn, and the place smells fresh and clean. Highly recommend for any kind of trip!

I chose this hotel because its ad said there was a shuttle to and from the airport. When I called after arriving, no one answered at first. Then a young woman picked up and hung up on me, so I had to call again. The driver was rude and drove really fast, like he hated his job. I was told I could only use the shuttle twice, even though the website doesn't say that. A guest of mine landed after me, but they wouldn't pick her up because I'd already used my two rides. The men at the front desk were rude too. One said the shuttle wasn't a taxi and they wouldn't go get her for 20 minutes to an hour, adding that they didn't care she was a woman and it wasn't his problem. Do better. The pullout couch was dirty as well.

Parking was easy, and the hotel was close to where we needed to be for a quick trip from middle ga to the Philippines embassy outreach program. I was surprised by how clean everything was, and the staff were helpful. I can't think of anything negative to say. They earned my 5 stars.
