Element by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld

We stayed an extra night in Florida after our Disney trip, and this hotel worked out really well. The room was ready early, which we hadn't expected and appreciated. The place smelled clean, looked inviting, and had lovely holiday decor. We slept well in the comfortable bed, and I liked the spacious bathroom and the shower's strong water pressure. Breakfast had a made-to-order omelette with spinach and cheese, plus fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, cereal, coffee, and juice. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We got an affordable Lyft to MCO and arrived in about 20 minutes. Our daughter lives nearby and came to visit, but we were a little disappointed that we had to pay for her to park for a couple of hours in an almost empty lot. We paid, of course. We'd stay here again if we need to.

When I realized after checkout that I'd left my phone behind, the staff explained what to do, kept it secure, and arranged to send it back promptly by UPS. They handled the whole thing professionally. My boyfriend and I stayed for a long weekend. The room was very clean, and the kitchenette had what we needed. SeaWorld, Aquatica, and other attractions are within walking distance. There's also a trolley we used often. It was reliable, with an all-day pass at $5.00 per person or $2.00 per ride. The property was well kept, with modern decor, a good breakfast, and attentive, professional staff. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly come back.

We've stayed here a few times and would come back for SeaWorld. The location works perfectly, and breakfast is better than at the other hotels we've tried. The staff are helpful and friendly, especially Luis, who quickly found us a quiet room. A couple of things needed attention, though: the kitchen drain was nearly clogged and a bulb was out.

Maria at the front desk and her manager Sara went above and beyond when I had a small booking issue. The rooms were clean and excellent, and the customer service was five-star. This is easily one of the best hotels in the SeaWorld area. I'll stay here again on my next visit. Sara, very nicely done. All the best, God Bless.
