The suite was really nice and housekeeping did a great job. I was in town for the PGA Show, and while it's a bit of a drive to the Orange County Convention Center, being near the airport was convenient. I also ate steak and fries at the hotel restaurant after traveling most of the day. It was okay, but neither item had much seasoning. The staff offered to remake it, though I chose DoorDash instead. I'd stay again, but I don't understand why hotel guests have to pay $25 a day for parking. That charge seems unnecessary.

I only needed a night. Even though I arrived late, the restaurant was still open and I had a nice dinner. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Clean and comfortable, with a wonderful bed and a nice breakfast buffet with an omelette station.

The complimentary airport shuttle took the stress out of arranging transport, and the room gave my toddler a quiet, clean place to nap. I needed somewhere to rest after getting off a cruise early in the morning before our late-night flight, since staying at the airport all day wasn't an option. I hadn't known day-use rooms existed until I found Embassy Suites @ Orlando Airport. Check-in at 10 AM and checkout at 4 PM fit our schedule perfectly. The room was more comfortable and better equipped than I expected. One small area of the floor was wet and smelled strongly of bleach, which was worth mentioning but wasn't a major issue. I'd recommend this for families or anyone who needs a restful airport layover. It made a potentially stressful travel day much easier.

Cecie and Regina made the stay by going out of their way to be extra pleasant. I'd recommend the hotel. I arrived at 1:30 in the morning after a rough 12 hours of travel. The hotel is a little dated, but the room was very nice, huge, and clean. It had two big flat screens, and for the price, you can't beat it.

The room smelled really bad, almost as if they were housing refugees, which I understand. Some business is better than none. We checked in very late and left very early, so there wasn't time to complain and wait for another room. The place seemed a bit dated, and with all the competition, I wouldn't stay there again.
