The Fold Hotels Orlando

We stayed for a week, extended it to ten days, then returned for another week. The three-bedroom apartment felt like home, and parking our RV in the regular lot was possible, which we hadn’t found anywhere else around Disney. The price was fantastic, and the location worked perfectly for Disney and Universal. My kids loved the pool, and I went to the gym every day. What really stood out was how kind and welcoming the staff were. They went above and beyond every time. Johanna Gonzalez, Pablo and Lucia were especially wonderful. The resort made our three-week vacation feel like a home away from home, and we’d definitely return and recommend it.

Arnaldo stood out at check-in, welcoming, helpful, polite, and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and he came across as patient and sincere, with a lovely manner. We were lucky to see him again at checkout. The hotel is clean and modern, with spacious rooms and a good location. We’d come back.

I liked the location and rooms, but the internet would keep me from booking again unless it’s fixed. I travel with work and need usable Wi-Fi. Given the price, I’m very disappointed they haven’t done more to provide a fast connection in the rooms. After arriving around 6 PM and checking in, I set up my workstation around 8 PM for the next day. I then spent seven hours trying to connect my computer and get a stable signal that could load even one webpage. Several family members had trouble too. The front desk and IT staff did try to help, and I appreciate that, but they couldn’t resolve it. I had to take time off work because the internet was so bad. The property itself is really nice, but this was a major problem.

Reynaldo at the front desk went out of his way to arrange an early check-in while we had a cranky baby. The hotel was perfect for a Disney trip and so close. Thanks to the Folds crew for a great stay. We’ll be back! 🥳💃🏼
