There were dishes, silverware, plenty of spare towels, and a classic coffee pot. The room was incredibly clean, and staff kindly showed us to it. Everyone was friendly at checkout and apologized about the hot water issue. It was a nice stay, and the great price was the best part. The room was super cute and spacious, but the first hot showers didn't work at all. The faucet spat water as if there was air in the line. I checked the breaker box, which was already open for some reason, and saw the hot water heater breaker was flipped. After we turned it on and let the heater warm up, it worked well. Water pressure in the bathroom without the jacuzzi tub was kind of weak. The jacuzzi jets' knobs in the other bathroom were impossible to turn either way, which was almost more disappointing than the hot water. The shower gel smelled exactly like gold four loko. 🤷‍♀️

Jailene gave me the best customer service I've experienced. I had an issue with a guest during check-in, and she was incredibly helpful over the phone. She gathered everything I needed and stayed on the line kindly until it was all sorted out.

Joanna Gonzalez and Pablo handled our group with real patience and creativity. Joanna and her team kept things under control and found ways to let us keep the party going while making sure the other guests could still enjoy their vacation. They went above and beyond for everyone on the property. For full disclosure, my friends and I are about thirty-five people, and we've been coming to this resort every year for over seven years. The great rate, perfect location, clean facilities, and incredible staff have kept us returning. This year we pushed the limits and got extremely rambunctious. I'm so grateful for how they handled it. I highly, highly recommend staying here for your vacation.

We got two connected one-bedroom apartments for less than a regular room at one of the big hotel chains. The kids, 9 and 11, had their own place, so Mom and Dad got some private time with the jacuzzi and wine. Memories! We checked in really late, but the security guard made it easy and went out of his way to get us extra towels and toiletries. The beds were so comfortable I slept two hours longer than usual. Vacation, baby!
