The London Orlando at the Florida Mall

I stayed for a month and a half after the place had changed from a hotel to an extended-stay type of hotel. The rooms still felt like hotel rooms, and while the cleanliness was acceptable, they could’ve been cleaner. Customer service wasn’t great, and at times I felt like I was staying in a homeless shelter. The WiFi worked on and off. It’s probably alright if you’re on a budget, just need somewhere to sleep, and don’t need WiFi. Otherwise, I’d spend a little extra for a better place.

I was charged twice, and they won’t reverse the mistake. They asked me to explain it by email, which I did, but nobody has replied. The place is dirty too. This feels super shady. I guess it’s time to contact the BBB and Attorney Generals office.

Only stayed overnight during a layover, but I was impressed by the friendly staff and the place itself. It’s a very underrated hotel for the price.

The hotel office shut before ten, and when I called the emergency contact, they answered and then hung up. There was nobody to help when I needed something. Honestly, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
