Be careful. A new front desk employee seemed to have little training and was left to work alone, and check-in turned into a disaster. They swiped my card ten times, saying the payment hadn't gone through, then refused to let me stay. When I checked my account, the charges were pending and my balance was depleted. I showed the guest service representative, but she said she could only go by their system, and her manager backed her up. My bank confirmed the charges had gone through. With no money left to book another room, I had to ask the bank to investigate and try to get it back.

The location was excellent, but the room itself had serious problems. Cockroaches in the room made it feel unhygienic, and the shower barely got lukewarm, mostly staying cold. Noise was another issue: the upstairs neighbor kept making noise all night. Staff did try to intervene when I asked, but it didn't stop and I couldn't sleep. If you have to stay, I'd ask for the 4th floor to avoid noise from above, though you'd still have the pest and water problems. I wouldn't come back.

The room had a nice kitchen area with a full fridge and large microwave, and the front desk people were friendly. Parking was good too, with Walmart just beyond the property, though that store is busy all the time. It felt more like an apartment building than a hotel, with lots of people seemingly living there. They don't supply kitchen basics like pans, pots, utensils, or cups. I saw signs saying these could be purchased, while at another extended stay I'd been given a full set. The floors and ceilings seem thin; people upstairs sounded like they were stomping or dancing, and kept waking me. I was also bothered twice because they had my checkout listed incorrectly. Laundry payment by phone was convenient, but two different dryers left my clothes wet or damp even after full cycles on high heat.

Matt has been really helpful since I checked in yesterday. The place is clean, quiet, and looked after well. If you need somewhere for a week or longer, it's worth checking out.
