This is about their KOA Campground and brewery/restaurant. The campground was really nice and clean, and the brewery had terrific beer and food. Five stars for both!

Our buffet visit today was amazing, thanks to our waitress Samantha. She was kind, polite, respectful, and sweet, and kept smiling the whole time. She just radiated happiness and made it a great experience.

The food was good and reasonably priced, and the location was decent. The machines were hit and miss with payouts. I was there for six hours, and not one waitress checked whether I wanted a drink or offered water.

After traveling for 10 hours, I was met at the lobby entrance by rude security staff checking IDs. The guy brushed me off while I was talking, then made comments under his breath to his coworker as I walked away. It was disappointing and very unprofessional. Do better.

I love the 24 hour food court. I’ve been to a lot of casinos, and this one has the best prices I’ve seen, with really good food too. The pizzas are so good, and the nachos are loaded, I mean LOADED, and under $5. They’re very efficient as well, everyone gets their food in under five minutes.
