10/10
The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and there were no bad smells or dirty carpets, things I've come to expect at some inexpensive motels. The decor and TV are dated, but the lobby has been updated, the desk clerk was friendly and helpful, and the location is quiet, away from the highway but close to restaurants. I nearly skipped this place because of the brand's reputation and low price. That turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I travel a lot and have spent years in motels at every price level. This is an exceptional value for the money. I've paid much more for worse places, and would recommend it to friends and family.
4/10
My boyfriend and I found a condom on the floor that wasn't ours. Don't let the made bed and clean floors fool you, this place is nasty. Management is terrible.
4/10
Cockroaches, and bad service all around. They quote you one price on the phone, then four hours later when you arrive, they say you can't get it. The manager/owner was rude too.
2/10
Dirty, poor service, and things broken or not working. The staff couldn't offer help or a decent explanation, and the parking lot felt dark and unsafe. Run, don't walk, far away from here.
6/10
The staff barely spoke English and were rude and unhelpful. There's a cleaner, cheaper hotel down the road.
