The one drawback was the breakfast area, which is small and gets overcrowded in the morning. We still came away happy: everyone we spoke with was very friendly, and the hotel and room seemed clean and well cared for. The bed was comfortable, which matters since we can be picky about beds. There was an annoying sound that came and went in our room, but we bring a small fan when traveling, and its white noise helped.

I didn’t feel welcome as soon as I walked in, but after an 18-hour trip I just wanted to rest, and I’d already paid. We were here for three days for a convention. This used to be one of my favorite hotels. It costs more than nearby places, but the service and amenities usually made it worthwhile. I know most hotels don’t fully clean every day, but I expect it every other day. Our room wasn’t serviced on the first night, and when we came back after working all day on the second night, it still hadn’t been cleaned. I called to ask why. The man said, “we don’t clean everyday.” That explained the first day, but what about the second? He didn’t check my stay, rushed me, and asked what I needed. I said I needed the room cleaned. He gave me 1000 points I’ll never use and a few towels. I won’t stay here again. Plenty of other hotels seem to understand hospitality. Do better.

Our family had a good stay here. The rooms were clean and modern, and breakfast was stellar with pretty good coffee. The pool water was clean, though the paint could use a refresh. The main downside was the tiny bathroom with the toilet and shower. The door barely opened in that cramped space and really should be a hide-away door.

The room seemed nice at first, but the layout was odd. The TV was awkwardly placed and couldn’t access streaming services, and the sofa was the hardest I’ve ever sat on. The bed wasn’t much better than a jail bed. Breakfast cost extra, and it was just a standard hotel buffet. I wouldn’t spend the money to stay here.
