American Inn

Wonderful people in Paducah, Kentucky! I left an item in my room by mistake, then contacted management. They took action right away to get it back to me. I was very pleased by how quickly they responded and how professional they were. Great customer service!

This is good value if you mainly need a place to sleep, or you're staying in town a few days and plan to buy your own groceries. I was surprised by how clean the rooms were, and the beds were comfortable after the recent updates. The shower had decent hot water pressure, and there were lots of TV channels, although getting around them was difficult. There aren't many amenities: no laundry, breakfast, or coffee, and no restaurants close by. I'd stay here again.

We didn't bring pets, though they are allowed here. For $70, finding a clean, safe hotel at 10:00 at night was a blessing. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean both the room and bed were. No frills, but it worked well for us.

The bed was much more comfortable than we expected. We had a standard king room for two adults and two puppies, and Mike was awesome when he checked us in at 5 am. We checked out before 11 as promised. Thanks again, Mike, for all your help. We'll come back when we're traveling through Paducah.
