Comfort Suites Palestine

The kids had so much fun getting little Christmas goodie bags at check-in. Everyone was friendly, the hotel was close to everything, and we loved having a shuttle for the Polar Express. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed.

We had four rooms for twelve people on our Polar Express trip, and we'd absolutely stay here again. The Christmas decorations were extra nice, with photo spots that made the stay feel special. The place was clean, and the staff were both friendly and competent.

We were there under difficult circumstances, but Megan and the staff made the stay enjoyable. Megan, the front desk manager, was so helpful and remarkably friendly, and the beds were comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We appreciate this hotel and won't stay anywhere else in Palestine.

The room was warm, and the fridge smelled like dead fish. Since we were near the elevator, I heard clicking through the bathroom wall all night. I hadn't asked for an accessible room, but they put me in one because my usual room wasn't available for both nights. I came for some peace and quiet, but a live band played so loudly in the early evening that I could hear it on the second floor and the walls were vibrating. The person who checked me in was overly nice, but the evening staff member was rude. I called the front desk, got put on hold, and she never came back to the line. For the price, I wasn't pleased with this stay.
