Colony Suites

My youngest asked to come back for his 8th birthday after we stayed here a year ago, and it made a great staycation spot again. The house is roomy, comfortable, and really clean. We all loved the hot tub, even at -7, and the central downtown Palmer location was nice. There's plenty of storage, including a pantry, a big fridge and freezer, and empty cupboards. The kitchen had everything we needed, right down to plastic bags, dish soap, spices, and coffee filters, as well as the usual dishes. Every window also has curtains and blinds.

We had plenty of space for privacy while sharing with friends or family, and the beds had quality bedding. The towels were nice, too. The view was amazing, and the hosts were quick to respond. In Palmer, this feels like a hidden gem, with easy access around town. The king suite was beautiful and clean, with all the amenities you might need for a night or a longer visit. The kitchen is lovely and has a pod coffee maker, with cream and sugar provided. The bathrooms are beautiful as well. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Everything was spotless and thoughtfully done. The beds were comfortable, and the master bath was beautiful. We visit Palmer often and will definitely come back.

Marty and Ginger were wonderful during the windstorm, with hurricane force gusts. Marty helped me carry my bags to the room in winds that nearly blew me away, then kept in touch through the power outages. He even offered to share food since the shops and restaurants were closed. The unit was spotless and beautiful, and held its heat despite the outage, 85 mph winds, and 12 degree temperatures outside. Colony Suites is the best place to stay in Palmer.
