Berbeda Place

My mom was admitted to Stanford Hospital, and since my family lives four hours away, we’ve been here for nearly three weeks. Some family and friends helped us book “Prestige” hotels, but on arrival they looked nothing like the photos. The service was awful, the rooms weren’t cleaned properly, and the bathrooms had mold. Dad and I even had to leave one place because it wasn’t available for our stay. On Monday, we were stressed and a nurse suggested we search on an app. Thank God we found Stanford Motor Inn. I was a little unsure because of the pictures, but Laura greeted us so sweetly, and the service from her and the rest of the staff has been great. Our room was seriously clean, the beds were so comfortable, and we slept like babies. Dad says it has a cozy, homey feel. We’ll definitely book here when we come back for Mom’s chemo or surgery. No more worrying about where we’ll stay. If they have space, Stanford Motor Inn is our first choice. Thanks to Laura and the team for making Dad and me feel at home. Alanis Family, 100/10.

A handy place for a short visit or conference in Palo Alto. The rooms are a little dated, but they’re clean and fresh. It’s family-owned, and the owners at the front desk are really nice. Mr Nair and his wife were especially friendly and helpful. There are lots of good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Stanford Motor Inn makes a great stop when you’re in town.

We can always count on a good stay at Stanford Motor Inn, and we wouldn’t choose anywhere else in Palo Alto. Neal, Ashley, and the rest of the staff are so kind and accommodating.

The rooms could be a little cleaner, but the service is the best ever. The people working here are lovely, and the location is great. There’s a park nearby if you’re traveling with kids.
