The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay at El Prado Hotel. The design felt tasteful and elegant, and the property was clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable and relaxing, and the soundproofing was generally good. I occasionally heard a little noise, but it barely affected my rest. The gym was the one area that felt behind the rest of the hotel. For the price and overall feel of the place, the fitness center seemed small and a bit dated.

Sherry was a huge help from the beginning of planning my mom’s milestone birthday at El Prado Hotel. She offered thoughtful suggestions from her experience with past events, replied promptly, and followed up well. We cared a lot about the banquet food, and the chef delivered. There was plenty, it was delicious, and our guests kept complimenting it. The event staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, helping everything run smoothly so we could enjoy the celebration. El Prado Hotel made my mom’s special day unforgettable, and we're grateful to the whole team.

My room was immaculate, simply and elegantly decorated, and conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Everyone was welcoming and gracious, from the doormen to the concierge and room attendants. I also looked forward to the beautifully presented coffee bar each morning. I highly recommend El Prado and look forward to staying again.

A very enjoyable trip, with lovely, friendly staff. I was pleased overall. I do wish each room had its own coffee machine, though the staff provided coffee near the elevator.

The staff were so warm and thoughtful, and the room was roomy and clean. I especially liked the little balcony. There was complimentary coffee in the morning too. I had one of my best hotel stays at el PRADO, and would happily come back next time I'm in PA.
