We ended up here with our two kids after a terrible Airbnb experience, and they found us a room at the last minute for two weeks. My wife is in town for refinery work, so with extra work we may be here four weeks, and honestly I wouldn't mind. The pool and hot tub are great, though I wish swimming started at noon instead of 3. The day and night front desk staff have been phenomenal and very accommodating. Housekeeping has taken care of my daily requests. They could use more help, but the people I spoke with said no one wants to work, so the staff are working around the clock to keep things running. I'd recommend staying here.

The staff were so courteous and treated me like a queen. My room at AmericInn in Pampa, Texas was spotless, with no bugs, and I could walk to the venue. I was very happy with my stay. Thank you, guys!

After I checked in for a work trip and paid the security deposit, I spotted several problems in the room and took pictures so I wouldn't be blamed for the damage. The front desk guy asked if everything was okay while I was getting settled. I answered honestly and showed him two photos, but he cut me off and said he was refunding me. I asked to change rooms or stay in that one, and he refused, then argued that I'd asked for a refund. That left me having to find somewhere else to stay. Terrible person running the place. I won't consider staying here again.

The place was clean, and they serve breakfast in the morning. Friendly people at the front desk. Smoking isn't allowed inside, but you can go outside to smoke. Truck drivers can park in the large lot behind the hotel.
