The breakfast was consistently hot and fresh, and the attendant was really friendly. I also liked the lobby coffee maker and water dispenser, plus the yogurt dispenser at breakfast. The fridge in our room was the coldest one I've ever had in a hotel. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, though there was a stale smell and some stains on the curtains. Neither was a big deal for us. Everyone we met on staff was kind and welcoming. My husband and I usually stick with Marriott, but we may have found another favorite. We'll come back when we're in Panama City. Glad I didn't let the negative reviews put me off. Thanks for a great stay!

The quiet, convenient location made our stay easy, and I felt it was safe. We enjoyed the clean pool and roomy deck, where it was easy to relax. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices and stayed well stocked, with staff keeping things running smoothly. The hotel was spotless and well cared for, and service was great from the beginning. Kevin, the Manager, deserves a special mention for making sure we were comfortable and suggesting local places for dinner. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Panama City.

The staff made a great impression on me. Everyone smiled and greeted us as soon as they saw us. Ms. Edna was professional, friendly, thorough, and happy to help. At breakfast, Kelley from kitchen services was so kind and made sure we had everything for a good meal. Her warmth and courtesy gave the morning a lovely start. I enjoyed staying here so much that this has become my regular place when I visit Panama City Beach, Florida.

The sheets, towels, and carpet were all stained. The smell was awful from the moment we entered, and it got even worse on the second floor. After about three hours, we gave up and moved to another hotel. A water treatment plant smells ten times better than this place. Spend the extra 50 bucks and go somewhere else.

Kelly was so welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast she made was amazing. Really good hotel and team!
