The beds were clean and comfortable, and the lobby was clean with polite staff. Our room, 206, smelled so bad we bought air freshener, and on our last night we found mold in the picture frames. The second floor smelled like urine, and the carpets were very old and dated. There were lots of teens in the halls and loud music outside our room. That’s to be expected in a rougher part of town, but this was a cheap place to stay.

Honestly, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The floor was so dirty my feet were black after less than five minutes walking on it. The sheets had brown stains, and the couch in the first room had stains all over it too. I can’t recommend it. Don’t waste your money; spend more on a decent hotel instead of this place.

The smoke detector started beeping at 2 am, then went off as if there were smoke every 20-30 minutes. The TV barely worked, and being right beside a bar made it very noisy. The room was dirty, with mold on the ceiling and picture frame, a sticky floor, a dirty broken microwave, and a dirty fridge. The stay was miserable, and I really don’t recommend it.

The building and rooms were run down and outdated, and breakfast was a joke. The waffle maker was broken and didn’t work right. Watch out for the extra incidentals fee when you book online: they say it’s refundable, but I didn’t get it back. I booked without a discount, and it felt like a scam to take more money.
