It was easy to get to Panguitch and Hatch from here, and Bryce is about 20-25 minutes away. We were happy with both the room and the service. Everything felt clean, including the linens, and we saw the hotel being looked after each day. For the price, we felt safe and had a comfortable place to unwind between hikes. A 10/10 for us.

Check-in was the low point. The staff seemed unmotivated and weren't especially friendly, which was a shame. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay: the dated room was clean, and the TV and coffee maker were welcome extras, especially before an early drive to Bryce Canyon. It's an affordable place to stay while visiting the park, and I'd still recommend it as a budget overnight stop on a road trip.

The room worked well for a visit to Bryce, about a 15-minute drive away, and the junction of Hwy 89 and Hwy 12 is convenient. I slept well: the soundproofing was good and the AC kept things comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. The facilities are dated, but maintained and functional. There wasn't a desk, which made laptop work awkward. If modern looks aren't a priority, it's a convenient base and great value for the price.

Being near the national park was the best part. The room was otherwise acceptable, but only two lights worked, and water pressure was very low at both the sink and shower.

The room was comfortable, if a bit old, and had plenty of space with two big beds. Wi-Fi was great, and Bryce Canyon wasn't too far away. There's no lift, and the staff weren't very helpful.
