We’ve been at Desert Tides for a little over a month, and it’s a pretty condo community in a convenient spot for us. The granite counters, tile floors, and stainless hardware make the unit nice, and having electricity, water, cable, and everything rolled into one payment is really convenient. When we found problems in our first unit on move-in morning, they moved us to another one right away. A few things needed attention there too, and they handled those promptly. Service has been excellent. 3+

I would strongly advise against staying here if you can’t afford to find somewhere else after being locked out. I’m here working for two months, don’t know anyone in town, and recently got back from work at 2 a.m. to find I couldn’t get into my unit. The front desk clerks said this happens to guests often. Security can’t access the apartments, and there’s no after-hours number or on-site management. The office closes at 11 p.m. and doesn’t reopen until 9 a.m. The owner seemed helpful at check-in, but what was offered was misrepresented.
