Budget Inn

Anil and Anita were wonderful at the front desk, and housekeeping did a terrific job. The room was very clean, including the Jacuzzi-style tub, and had everything I needed: a microwave, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. I slept really well. I’m between places while moving to an apartment, and this quiet spot with reasonable rates has been a Godsend. 10s across the board.

The rooms are basic, with cable, a microwave, and a hair dryer, but there’s no kitchen. There were cops parked across the street all day. The owner can be cool, but if there’s too much traffic or something else they don’t like, they’ll tell you to leave or ban you from the property right away.

There’s a car wash right in front of the parking lot, and the police and fire stations are across the street. Pets aren’t allowed, but there are cats outside the office, too cute 😻

At $120, it felt way too pricey for what it was. When I went to the front desk to ask for the Wi-Fi password, the first thing I got was, “What do you want?” The attitude made for absolutely horrible customer service. I get that the desk guy might hate his job, but guests shouldn’t be treated like that. One star for the attitude.
