InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston - Pasadena

The check-in cutoff caused me a real problem. I was relocating back to the area and knew I wouldn’t reach the property before the office closed at 7. When I called to ask how to check in late, I was told I’d have to wait until the next day. I still got there a little after 7, but no one was available. The property had already taken my money, so I had to pay to stay somewhere else. I’d asked for a first-floor room because of my knee and back problems, but got put on the second floor instead. That room smelled awful, and although I’ve managed to get rid of some of it, there’s still a bit of an odor. Rooms are cleaned weekly. You supply your own amenities, though you get one toilet paper roll, a small bar of soap, two washcloths, and two towels. For the price, you get what you pay for.

It’s been a comfortable, easy stay. The rooms are clean and have lots of storage space for your things. I’d recommend the place whether you’re here for a week or a few months.

I’m back for my second stay, after spending about three months here last time. The staff are great, especially Martha, who’s friendly and really good at her job. The other guests are friendly, too. It’s easy to get to shops, with HEB and Walgreens right next door and Walmart a short drive down the road. I like having a full size refrigerator and stovetop so I can cook. The laundry room is clean and has plenty of washers and dryers, and you can pay with Apple Pay. There are also snack and soda machines when you want something quick. I totally recommend this property.

This is my second stay here, and I know the area well. I lived nearby for five years before leaving Pasadena. More than once, employees entered my room without asking. I left a note telling them not to come in without permission, but they did it again. I’ve been here over 30 days, and they should know to follow tenant landlord laws.
