Sleep Inn Pasco Tri-Cities

Paige was one of the nicest receptionists I’ve spoken to on the phone in Pasco. She had everything ready before we arrived, even our cards, so check-in was quick and direct. When Zach took over at shift change, he kept up the same upbeat attitude. He was knowledgeable and informative, and I actually watched him clean the entire lobby, not just the table. The whole night felt above and beyond. Thank you, Paige and Zach, for the best customer service I’ve had at a hotel!

It is what it is. The beds were the best part, and the shower had good pressure; towels were clean and comfortable too. But even though they make you sign a no-smoking waiver, the room and building smelled like smoke. The continental breakfast took me back to school breakfast as a kid. If you’re on a budget, it’s better than a Motel 6.

Paige helped us during our stay and was the best. She was respectful, glad to help with whatever we needed, and the service was amazing. The rooms were very clean too.

After a full day and night, my room still hadn’t been cleaned. I mentioned it at the desk and was told they only clean every three days unless asked. I asked at least for fresh towels, and was told yes, but when I came back that evening nothing had been done. I raised it again, and was told housekeeping had gone home, the General Manager was gone too, and corporate didn’t care. Very disappointing.
