Comfort Inn & Suites

The clean room, comfortable bed, working AC, indoor heated pool, and gym were all good, and breakfast was decent. But the elevator gives a nasty shock when you press the buttons. There's just one washer and dryer, and a load costs $6. The snack machine took my quarters without giving me credit and doesn't take cards. I settled for a soda instead, but the machine gave me a hot Sprite. UPDATE: Now the dryer doesn't work, so all my clothes are wet and I have no way to dry them. Staff wouldn't let me use the hotel's commercial dryers. This is BS.

The staff were friendly and professional, and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. My room was clean and comfortable, and the whole stay felt more like being at home than at a regular hotel. I'd definitely recommend it for a nice stay.

The indoor pool and beautiful atmosphere made the place feel welcoming, and the rooms were nice. The new hotel manager, Mr Chris, seemed very nice when I met him. Thanks for the hospitality. I enjoyed my stay and will come back. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was below freezing, but our room's heating unit was broken. There was so much dust that my allergies went into overdrive, and with our 1yr old there, we had to dress her in fleeces and jackets just so she could sleep. Check-in was mediocre at best. The front desk guy gave us only one key, then seemed to hide and disappeared as soon as my wife tried to ask him something. The entrance is behind Braums, and the potholes there had frozen water puddles. Enter at your own risk.
